Archer Kane only employ industry qualified and experienced professionals. From working within the property professions at all levels, our consultants understand the needs of employers and candidates alike. We speak the same language. Background

The company was set up in 2001 following a Management Buy Out of the property division from a national recruitment consultancy.

Heading up Archer Kane is Gurdip Chamba, a Chartered Surveyor by background. After qualifying with an international surveying practice in London, he moved to the Midlands. He ran his own private practice for seven years. He believes that his background in this sector gives him an advantage over other recruitment consultants - most of whom have never worked in the industry.

RICS

We are directly involved with the professional organisations, eg the RICS, and hold key positions.  In the West Midlands, Gurdip Chamba is currently a Regional Board Member and Secretary of the Local Birmingham Association.  He is also a past RICS Matrics Chairman and past Divisional Chairman.
