Our approach to recruitment is from a careers point of view.  Those individuals who know us trust us and use us as 'career advisors'.   After all we have worked as surveyors in the profession ourselves and know the market, the firms and local players intimately.   We advise Directors and Partner level individuals down to new graduates.

We will always want to meet you and understand your situation and requirements, how else can we represent you properly?   We will not send out your CV without your permission. Where a position is possibly of interest, we will explain the company and role in detail first and how its fits in with your aspirations before seeking your approval to send out your details. In fact those candidates who realise who we are and what we do usually ask us to act on their behalf exclusively!
