We are first choice consultants for many practices and organizations, large and small.  We are not the typical type of agency and do not just send out CV's.     Those employers who use us - usually end up 'holding on to us tight' and retain us exclusively for various assignments.

Our approach is from a surveyors point of view.   We want to understand your business and 'stand in your shoes' in terms of identifying the right type of individual before we take on any instruction.  After all, we have been there as surveyors ourselves and know the profession, the market and the Midlands Area intimately. 

Any candidate that we put forward will have been interviewed first 'face to face' therefore 9 out of 10 of our candidates are usually seen by employers.  In fact we will be puzzled if you do not wish to see them - as we will have done our homework!
